Wear This Scarlett!

Now this was a store window that made me a do a quadruple take. A full length, strapless, fitted blood red, bedazzled and feathered gown. My first thought was, how self confident would you have to be to wear this frock to the Husband's Christmas party? I mean clearly, there is someone out there who would buy it and wear it and has the body for it. I don't know any of those people.

It reminded me of that great scene from Gone With the Wind where Rhett fed up with Scarlett and her crush of the ridiculous Ashley when she could have a real man, throws that red gown at her and forces her to wear it to Melanie's party so she can be as humiliated as possible.

All it needs is a feather boa and a grimace and the Scarlett look is captured perfectly. Oh by the way, I love the dress. I have yet to meet a feathered dress I didn't like.
